- Hello out there.
- It's a beautiful autumn day here in bucolic Cotati Ca. This has always been my favorite time of year and it still is as long as we don't get a wildfire going, which has now become a thing unfortunately. I remember growing up in San Francisco, and just sweating like a Swede in a sauna, as we did the Halloween Parade at Monroe Grammar School on the Friday afternoon …don't wear vampire makeup if you can help it.
- Anyway I am excited to say my last CD 'Myth of The Circus' is released on October 9th (John Lennon's birthday) all round the world on whatever streaming service you prefer. For a limited time you can get hard copies at The Next Record Store in Santa Rosa Ca. if you happen to live in the North bay. I will also have some copies for sale at my one gig for the month on the 20th of October ( Tom Petty’s birthday ) at The Elephant In The Room in Healdsburg. I really enjoyed recording this album, it was meant to be an album, and not just a bunch of songs thrown together. There's a story in there if you can find it, ... might be my story, ...might be your story. That's the great thing about songwriting, a lot times your stories are someone else's stories too!
- I would like to thank all the musicians who played on it, and Harry and Andre who did their sonic magic. and my good buddy Joe Groma for all the years of great Album covers and concepts. I didn’t have a big label budget but I think they always looked like they were REAL records and sounded that way too.
- So thanks to all of you that have kept this boat floating the last 35 years.
